See how often each template is imported to measure adoption.
1. Navigate to Library → Prompt Templates
- Open Library in the left sidebar.
- Click Prompt Templates to view existing templates.
- The list shows Name, Description, and Imported count.
2. Create or Edit a Template
- Click Create Template (or click an existing card to edit).
- Fill in: • Name – displayed in the library list. • Description – short summary. • Prompt Markdown – write your guideline prompt using Markdown. All variable chips are supported.
- (Optional) Toggle Publish as system template if you are a system admin.
- Press Save.
Partners can only see and edit their own templates.
3. Import into Voice & Guidelines
- Open an agent’s Voice & Guidelines tab.
- Click the green Template icon next to the magic-wand.
- In the drawer: • Select a template on the left to preview. • Click Import. The markdown is copied into the editor and the template’s Imported counter increments.
- Edit further or save the agent as usual.
Importing never changes the original template—you get a snapshot that you can customise per agent.
4. Best Practices
• Keep templates modular – e.g., separate greeting tone from escalation guidelines. • Review the Imported metric to deprecate unused templates.FAQ

Only partner level users can create new templates and have it published. Q: Are templates versioned?
Not yet. For major changes, create a new template and archive the old one.
